Stick threads at the opposite end of the thread list

Hi there,

If I open up a new subforum, I might post a welcome message, and might want this message to remain at the chronological beginning of the thread list regardless of follow-up postings. For this, something like a "reverse sticky" function would be useful. Is anybody with me on this?
