Removing Default Underline

Hi,

There is a default underline in usernames e.g. when you are viewing a PM the users name automatically underlines. When viewing posts the users username automatically underlines, I've spotted on numerous forums that this can be removed so it's just the username you want it to be. No underlines.

Does anyone know how I can do this? I know it'll be pretty simple.
