Rate System
 

Hello there, I am the administrator of the forum www.zomgstuff.net

My friends and I visit a Garry's Mod 10 forum quite a bit, (http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/) and he built his own rate mod. You can rate every person on there.

Right above the "Report to Moderator" you can hover your mouse over, and you will see some of his ratings pop up. If you are logged in, you can rate him in the lower right corner which uses AJAX.

I would like a system like this, wouldn't even mind if it was the condensed / lite version of it.

I doubt someone would do this for free, if this is the case, I could probably pay up to~$30 USD ( I know I'm not rich ;)) to the coder. The coder would have to be a trusted / known member here, however.
