Exclude certain user's threads from the "New Posts" page
 
Well, the subject is pretty self explanatory... :)

The only way I know of to do that is with the Tachy goes to coventry option, which also removes their threads from the forumdisplay. (This is a stealth ban option)

Unfortunately that's not really an acceptable solution. I created a bot which posts RSS items in certain forums but users and mostly moderators are complaining that it creates too much "spam" on the new posts page and the forum becomes unmanageable...

Any other solutions are welcome.

You can exclude certain forum from (RSS feeds forum etc...) searches. Look here:
