What do you think of my forum?

I'm planning to improve some things over the bank holiday weekend, so I'm interested what things you guys would improve first?

Also, for those who know about this sort of thing, the site seems to load quite fast in Firefox and older versions of IE but very slowly in newer versions of IE. Can anyone tell me why?

IE is always acting, don't count on it to evaluate the perfs of your forum.

i like your clean-empty style... people will focus on the content instead of a humpy header!
