I'm showing up as unlisenced?
 
Hello all,
I've been an active member for this site for years now and I'm just now showing up as unlicensed? Can anyone help?

I run http://www.mcrparts.com. I am not the owner of the site, my partner is so he bought the license. I just need this fixed quick so that I can access the service request forums. I do not remember my password on vbulletin.com.

did you recently change you email address on vbulletin.com. that affects whether you show up as licenced or not

We haven't logged into our vbulletin.com account at least within the past year or so.

You need to login and add your email used to register on vB.org on your 'Priority Support' list.

K we figured out what the problem is. Our license expired. We just renewed and I'm showing as licensed now :)
