The buzzer
 
If you use Yahoo or MSN Messenger then you've seen the buzzer. I'd like to be able ( as Admin. ) to click a button like buzzer to get the member's attention to like a special announcement at the top of the forum maybe in the shout box.
If I were greedy and wished for more, I'd want the sound to come with a flashing message saying where I wanted them to go exactly.

Ha..has anyone thought of this before? Has it been made?

there are a few pager hacks here.. have you looked at them ?

Yeah I am using the latest VB pager 304 but I wanted something that would shake the whole forum page..just an idea
