VB styles sticky
 

I know you guys have been busy. The site looks great.

But I've found an area that needs attention. You have a sticky thread in the design and Graphics forum that shows where to get skins & styles.

I click on one and ....nothing

click on another and it says they have merged with vb.org. Cool. But where are the styles and why is that link still there.

I click on other links in the list with mediocure results. So I go to the end of the thread and work my way back hitting the links users have posted. Most of the sites are not around anymore or not worth visiting. One that did respond said in 2006 just a few styles for now ....but in April of 2007 still just one paid style and one free style.
I search more and find sites closed for maintenance or closed by the ISP ....

It sure would be nice if someone would update the sticky with useful info. Perhaps a new sticky with only known good VB skin sites. Users can submit their sites which you can add if it meets your criteria. However, if the user is selling skins, why not sell them a spot on the sticky. Everyone makes a little money that way. And the sticky thread would be much more usefull to all of us.

I'm looking for a style, free or paid. I've found Miners site and it has potential, but I haven't found just the one I'm looking for.

Any pointers appreciated.

:o I finally found the tab near the top left for styles. That helps, but I'm still looking. In particular I'm looking for one I saw a few weeks ago which had a column on the left side for advertising & such.

You mean a style, or just a modification?

A style. I'm still looking for one in particular. ...
