External Links forum
 
Probably a simple template edit but I'm in need of a invidiual forum where I can link externally, so when a user makes a new "post" it's actually a link submission, and they enter in the url etc, and when the user then visits that forum they will see what are normally "posts" as external links.

From there they then need to be able to report any broken links etc.
