Ok, I've seen this on a few different registration forms (not just bbs, but other stuff too) and I think this is a great idea:

Instead of a check box to agree to the terms and conditions to register, there should be a statement "please type 'I agree' in the space provided to continue with the registration process" or something like that, then a text box where the user can type 'I agree' to continue. I have a general idea of how something like this would be done, but I'm just not that proficient to do it myself. I searched the mods and didn't find anything like that, but I think having a feature like this would really help keep down the spambots. They've hit my board pretty badly and i think it would help to have a feature like this.

I knew about that hack and I had intended to install it. I will keep returning to this thread to see if anyone picks it up and attempts to make it, tho. thx
