I have mistakenly changed my link text font to the same color as the regular font, making a link not visable. I also took out the underline feature for links. Can someone help me get them back to normal?

Just tick the Revert/Delete box behind that CSS entry in your Style Manager.

I believe I had made other changes in that area that would effect my template. How can I just change the link color back to Blue?

Are you looking at your Main CSS page? The changes per section are minimal. Anyway, if you would rather not revert the section, simply change the link hex code to the color of your choice.
