Changing a Domain...

Well I just started a forum, we've decided to take a completely different direction in the type of forum then previously thought, I registered my domain through my hosting so will I be able to change the domains over if I purchase a new domain? I've never used shared hosting or vBulletin before so Im not sure if I can change my domain. Thanks.

It would be in the vbulletin options to change the url to your website.
