First Attachment in thread, shown next to thread in forum index? (See example)

Hi,

Im searching for an Add-On/Template that basically allows this:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2007/03/4.jpg

This allows you to setup forum sections, where the first attachment in a thread is displayed next to the thread, when viewing the forum index.

Anyone know where this is?
