Score doesnt submit sometimes!
 

I got many complains from my members that sometimes their score doesnt submit specialy when they'r getting hight scores.

Here is the error reported:

vBulletin Message:
This score was not submitted from the game, your score will not be saved

can anybody guide me to a solution?

Another thing
I just go this message now when i played pacman,

i think it happens when the site automaticaly log the user off.

When does the second error comes up ?
Can you reproduce it and tell me how you do that ? Then I can fix it ... :)

About the first part of your question. My users had that too sometimes. Mostly on games in which you play for a longer periode of time.
Cookie timeout on the forums are standard set to 900 secs. Playing Tetris for example, will take longer then those 15 mins if you are good.

So have your users check the "remember me" when they login, then their highscore will be saved.

There is also a hack around somewhere which checks the "remember me" automatically, maybe you can also achieve this by editing some template.

It happesn occasionaly we dont know whats the reason behind it.

I'll try some things.. if i got a consistent showing of the error from a certain
behavour i'll let you know :)

I will try to improve the included "hold the session" script so nobody gets logged out while playing...
