Where would I place this?
 
Well I don't want google to be able to cache my site because I have sensitive / private information on it.


I googled, and to prevent it from doing so I need to add

In what file and where would I add that?

Just close your site to guests. SE-Bots browse your site as a guest.

Sorry but you do not make much sense now. You got sensitive information on your site, but yet you want guests to see it, but not if the same guest is on google?

Either you want them to see it or not.
