Can $stylevars Work In Phrases?

Is it possible to make $stylevars parse in a phrase or would this require modification?

No varibles phrase in phrases, you can however do

<phrase 1="$moo" 2="$foo">$phrase</phrase>

Its referenced in other phrases :)
