cant log into vbulletin on new server
 
i keep trying to logging onto my forum on my new server and each time it says its logging me in and then it takes me to the page and im still not logged in. could it be because we havent transferred the domain yet and im just using the ip of the server to view it or could it be something else?

Please upload tools.php from the 'do_not_upload' folder of your vBulletin distribution to your admincp directory. Now point your browser to tools.php.

Reset the cookie Domain and Path to the default values.

Once your problem is fixed please remove tools.php again from the server.
