[3.6.5] Set Custom Rank Per User by Admin Only
 
Currently it seems that vB ranks work around Groups, which is okay until you want to be able Admin/MOD set a rank to a forum Member.

I looked for a MOD like this but have not found one yet. On my forums [just updated from phpBB 2.0.22 where it has Custom Ranks per user] I use Marine Military Ranks for our Team/Clan Members. These are set per user and only set by Admin [would not want members to think they could promote themselves to 4 Star General].

So, is there something like this around these forums and I am just not searching correctly?

I also have been searching for this. I am currently giving the individual ranks via "User Title" "Yes, admin set (html allowed)" settings, which is very irritating when promoting/giving ranks to all the members.
Having an option to set it per user would be nice.
