Reciprocal links page

I really do hate to be a PITA, but is there anyway you can show me the code that would work for a reciprocal template. A kind of copy and paste type thing?

I have no ideas how to add the proper coding to make it work for the reciprocal links. So any and all info would be most helpfull.
