Add Off Topic Button?
 
Yeah, I know this is probably an easy one. I used to have this on my old version, but I can't remember how I did it. How would I add an OT tag/button that does the same thing as "Quote", but only says "Off Topic:" instead? I know how to add the tag and button. I just don't know what the replacement or option should be.
