Help with forum index

I just installed a new style on my board, and the forum index is all screwed. Does anyone know how to fix this, cos it would be a shame to have to take the style off. It's so nice =D

Anybody?

The same thing is happening after a clean install of vB with more than one style. Anyone know what's going on?

I dont understand what makes it screwed up? IS the width off? Images broken? Did you try and modify it at all? Or was the broken template out of the box?

Out of the box. I don't have a clue what's going on with it. It's not just the current theme. It's most themes I install turn out like that.

Did the templates get reverted some how? Did you try reimporting the styles xml and choosing overwrite?

Doing that will reset any template changes that you have made, if any are still left..

You can test this out by creating a copy of the style and working on that one! Make sure it has no parent style :) Name it like "fix style" so you dont get the 2 confused! ;)

If you do that last part you can at least try to fix it without really breaking anything :)

I would have no idea what to look for to fix. It's all very strange cos the default style works fine and another style. Just the nice ones end up all out of whack =(

When you upgraded did you see a notice that said ..such and such templates need updated... IF you clicked revert on any of them it would do what is happening :)

Does the style creator have a 3.6.5 xml for that style? Try reuploading just the xml! If you cant get the new one use the old one and ignore style version and allow over write!

Problem solved. The problem was that I hadn't made each category a parent of it's forums. Yes. I'm a doughnut! =D
