Subscription questions
Hi,
I currently run a forum where a user can pay to gain access to certain things about a product that we are making that the general public can't access. They pay for a yearly subscription to this higher access level. Regardless of whether they continue their subscription or not, when the product is released, we will be offering them a discount on the price of the product. We would like to use vBulletin's subscription system to handle this, but we just had a couple of questions about it: 1) Does the forum send out renewal notices when a user's subscription is going to expire? If so, how long before expiry do they receive the notification? 2) Is there any way to view users who were once subscribed but are not any longer? When our product is released we need to know a list of users who have previously been subscribed but are not currently, as well as those currently subscribed. 3) We have some people who have already expired, which did not use the vBulletin subscription service. This means that their subscription is due for renewal in less than a year - is there any way to add users in to the subscription service without actually charging them the money, and also manually setting their renewal date? Thanks :) |
