Keeps signing me out, no admin panel access

the forum tends to randomly have days that it signs me out when viewing posts making posts deleting etc... also it just doesnt let me log into admin cp, keeps taking me back to login page.... and it doesnt fix. ive cleared cookies , history and all that...

anyone have any idea why or better yet how to fix
