Move Thread issue

I would ask at vb.com...but i have about 15 million hacks installed...so they probably won't help me.

Issue...the moderation dropdown on the forumdisplay page is not working. Whenever I select one or more threads and then select any of the option in the dropdown and click go...it just goes to a white screen.

At first i thought this might be because of a hack...so I disabled the plugin system. When I did that, it alleviated the white screen...but it still doesn't work. Instead of just going to a white screen it just goes back the the forumdisplay...but doesn't do whatever it is I selected in the dropdown.

My issue is I'm not a very good coder when it comes to stuff like this. Formats, images, designing...all that's my can of worms...but when something breaks functionality wise...i'm usually lost...like now...

I guess my question is...the forumdisplay template has been edited...and i've done some code modifications and the forumdisplay.php might have been edited as well...(i'll have to check)...but...where would I start looking for this functionality to know if it's messed up in one of these places?...or is there somewhere else I should be looking?

I've attached a screenshot of the dropdown i'm talking about...

Try creating a default style, has it ever worked?

Staxed 03-18-2007 04:01 PM

hmm...never thought of trying that...

it works on a default style...now i guess i gotta figure out which part of the template to edit...

:) try reverting the forumdispay template.

i'm think about it...but i have tons of mods installed...so i would rather that be a last resort

It'd be easier to revert it and re-apply your changes then take a few days to fiogure out what html code is missing ;)

yeah...i actually just removed all my hacks and am going to reinstall them again...have no clue why...but...oh well...lol
