Postin Boarder Problem

I have noticed that ever since i made my new theme i found that there are new lines that make the theme look messed up. I would like to know how i can get rid of them. without actually changing the style.

probably the background color of the div container showing thru

you can also check $spacer_open and $spacer_close templates
