Call Out hack

I know there is a hack somewhere like the one used on http://brawl-hall.com where members can challenge other members flaming. It also has an option in the userCP where you can elect to not accept challenges. Has anyone seen this hack because the search function is bringing up zilch? I was told it was here though.
