Scheduled tast that copies files from one place to another

How do I create a schedued task that copies file x from folder y to the root ?

(I want to move sitemaps files (vbseo sitemap mod) from the vbseo_sitemap/data folder to the root because I cant make the .htacces work with my new webhotel)
