what is this, how come i get this, can someone help me to remove it? btw, does it effect anything if i have it removed?

You must delete the vBA you've installed. The reinstall it correctly.

Just run the installation script again, and don't forget to select UNINSTALL.
Then run the clean installation :)

ftp to your site. go to includes/xml and find cpnav_vba or vbadvanced whatever its called and delete it. Refresh your browser and it should be gone.
