Post count goes to users posts

I could have sworn I seen this before but now can't find it. I'm looking for the hack where in the posts it shows the post count and the post count is a link and when you click it, it takes you to all the users posts...

I run 3.6.4. Thanks in advance!!!

That would be the same link as the user dropdown link->Find more posts by.......
