Help for Banner Management system

i am looking for advance banner management system which i can use with vb 3.6 , what is my basic requirement is i should be able to define on which perticular forum that banner can display in rotating manner.

while adding banner i should be able to

1. define the forum on which it should display
2. should be able to track hits.
3. should be able to upload multiple banner and define their area of display

if somebody knows or if somebody allready having it please help me out

I'm looking for the same thing!

Here are my requirements:

1) Provide an easy way to post ads throughout the forum (top, bottom, after first postbit)
2) Rotate the ads (not just the one in the header)
3) Provide click-throughs to advertisers' sites.
4) Track number of clicks.

Anyone know of anything that can do all this? And that you don't have to be a coding expert to use?
