IPB to VB transfer?

Just wondering if anyone out there is able to make a mod for this. I have searched here and can't seem to find a mod that will transfer my old IPB forums to my new VB forums. If there already is such a thing, can someone point me in the right direction? If not, is anyone interested in coding it?
