Developer Donations - Shipping

Please add this to the fields that you pass when doing the "Donate to Developer" function:

<input type="hidden" name="shipping" value="0.00">

If the PayPal account is set up to have automatic shipping rates, shipping will be added to the donation. The code above will override that.
