i have searched,i need to move my posts threads etc

ok guys i posted this a while back and no one reply, i have serached here and google, read ariticls and nothing. i wan to make my forum home page have forums last post threads then posts

www.iptourneys.com is my site i tried doing it on my own and i got them moved but threads was named posts etc so im hopeing some one can help me
