Cant Upload Avatars???

When i try to upload an avatar i get this code error.

Code:

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 3311 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /includes/class_upload.php on line 300

Someone please help, thanks :confused:

Make sure you have the correct settings for the safe mode options at:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options

what do you mean? i dont know what to do now. all necessary directory has been made chmod 777.
