.htaccess do not show in ftp
 
Hi

Why is it my .htaccess files dont show in my ftp program please?

some FTP programs are set to hide certain file extensions (.htaccess being one of them)...

what program do you use?

Im using flashfxp and filezilla

i use smartftp...so not entirely sure on those two...but most FTP clients will have an option in to display hidden files...you'll just need to find that option...try the help menu for the programs

Cheers, got smatftp now and i can see the .htacess file :)
I have a look at flashfxp but cannot find anywhere to view hidden files :(

EDIT....typical, just found where to enable it in flashfxp pmsl.... thanks for all ya help today m8 :)
