got a starnge problem any one plz help

if i create a usergroup the usergroup member cant log in the forum its saying udont have permission though the usergroup have been given all types of acces to the forum..

and the second thing is some of my custom usergroup members cant edit thier avtar cause that optionis not showing..though i have looked in the permission and its ok ..plz help me
