How To Remove Completely?
 

i installed this and had other problems to deal with and thought i deleted it all .. went to reinstall and cant get it to create the db tables now when i import the xml file to reinstall . could you give me any ideas on whats creating the problem .. i did choose allow overwrite

Are the database tables still there from the previous install?

no i deleted them all when i had my other problems .. now it wont reinstall i deleted all i seen to delete and cant get a new install to go again..it looks like everything in admin cp installs but it wont redo the tables in the db

so the support forum cant tell me how to completely remove this so it will install again ?

What happens when you uninstall the Product via Product-Manager? This is the best way to remove it.

its not creating the db tables so yea im getting errors. the tables dont exist errors ..

like i said up there it installed fine the first time .. now it wont install the tables but installs the plugins somthing is throwing a wrench in the gears so to speak sinse i deleted it the first time

solved this myself .. searched the db for the arcade and found it was still showing in the product and product code lines removed them lines and it reinstalled
