Attachments Opening In New Window
 

I have taken a search on the forum but can't find anything similar to what I am looking for.

What I am wondering is how can you make it so that an attachment opens in a new window rather than the same window?

I have taken a look in Vbulletin options and can't find anything.

Go to the attachment manager.
There will be an option called "Open this attachment in a new browser window?" when you edit an attachment type.
You need to do this for all of them, I guess.
