500 Internal Server Errors
Sometimes, when I am trying to go on my forum I get a lot of 500 Internal Server Error messages. I wait a while and it works fine. But this keeps happening. Why does it happen and can I fix it?
Thanks |
You will need to check the webserver error logs to see the cause of these.
|
Try CHMOD the files that give the errors to 755, some servers dont like that 777!

Hi,
it's from the mod_security check the log of the mod_security and you will see the error |
But most the time, well for me it is, a CHMOD error. 755 normally fixes.
|
mod_security will with most configurations give 4xx errors, not a 500 internal error.
|
delete .htaccess
