Avatar Pack Sites? or individual?

I've noticed there are .zip files here on vbulletin.org for avatar packs, but I'm interested in viewing packs before downloading. What sites offer free avatar packs?

are there any sites that offer individual avatars I can download - so I can select the ones I like?
