time between private messages based on usergroup

The thread title pretty much explains it all. I'm trying to figure out how to negate the time limit between sending new private messages based on the users usergroup. I've searched the entire mod directory and came up empty handed, but if someone can help me figure this out I think it would be a nice little module.
