How do I change the color of part of the navbar
 

Please have a look at the top of my site: http://www.politicsforumpoliticalworld.com/

In between the two navbars is the forum name, a box with "make a donation" and the welcome section. I would like to make the background color of the "make a donation" box the same as the other boxes on both the left and the right of the donation box.

Currently, the background color of the donation box is set as <td bgcolor="silver">

<td bgcolor="white"> doesn't match either.

Do you guys know what code I can put in to make it have the same color as those other two boxes? Thank you. :)
