which tables to move to update posts?

the site on the new server will go live here in a few days. i want to make sure they have the most up to date posts from the old server. what tables would i need to make sure i bring over at the last minute to ensure the most up to date posts and threads?

You should not try to move single tables.

You would need to move the whole database, and redo any changes you made to your new setup.
