MySql File --> Biggest One!

Hey guys I am on a shared hosting and cannot enter my server through SSH so backing up a large mysql database is hard.

I was wondering what is the biggest database I could backup through a online script like for ex. MySql Dumper http://www.mysqldumper.de/ <--- there

I am asking this important question because I want to know that if my forum gets large on a shared hosting I will be able to move to a dedicated server while saving the MySQl database.

How much data such a script can handle only the author of such a script would know, and it wil also depend on the server configuration probably.
