Does something like this exist?

Pay to Send an PM Blast to all Registered Members
This page will consist of a rich text box (for the message) and a Payment button underneath. The payment button will take the user to another page (similar to the paid subscriptions page where users choose a payment method). If the payment goes through, the PM is automatically blasted to every member.

Pay to Create a Thread in a particular forum
Example: I have a Parties/Events forum and restricted members where they would only be able to reply to threads, and not create threads. A promoter would have to pay to create a thread inside that forum.

Pay to make a thread sticky
The rates could be based on $/day. Ex: Pay $10/day for a sticky thread over 10 days.

Pay to add an event
Pay for the insertion of an event.

I'm new to the mod/vb scene and might have missed these mods (or vb built-in features). I apologize if they already exist.

If it doesn't exist, is something like this possible? If so, what will take to get something like this coded?? :)

Thanks!! Now all i need is the Pay for Event and Pay for PM Blast, and i'll be in heaven. :)
