Getting welcome message at top of board

Hi there.

I'm looking to change the layout of my forum home page so that the welcome message for new users appears at the top of page as achieved by www.lawncaretalk.com. Can anyone suggest code changes or is there a commercial hacked template I can buy somewhere?

You might try a mod available on this forum called "Welcome headers - Improve community registration rates"
