New Thread Email Notification/Subscribe to Forum

Argh. I'm sure I remember seeing this, but the search or my memory is failing me. A modification that sends an email to everyone subscribed to a forum whenever a new thread is posted.

Does this exist?

I found it eventually.

But it's short on options and has one critical flaw, so I'll be releasing an improved version...tomorrow, unless the author replies to my PM and tells me I can't. Since he hasn't been around for 14 months and the code is different I believe it's OK.
