Attacments problem please help
 

I have a problem with the attacments after i upgrate from 3.5.4 to 3.6.4.
First the hyperlink was working the Thumbnail was resize the image but when i click on it the new window that open the image instant to be the original ...lets say 450x650 is 100x90.(when i put the mouse over the attacment it says click image to see the larger version)
I try to fix the problem thru the acp but i had no seccess.
What i did i went to Update Counters/ rebuild the attachment thumbnails and rebild the attacments.
Now i whent back to the forum to see what happend and there are more problems....
1) No hyperlink at all at the attacments.
2) when i upload an attacment it wont resize it automaticly
3) there fo i cant see if the window opens if i make the above working is going to show me the original image.
I try to fix it with getting the images smaler or biger nothing.
I have here an attacment screenshot to see how i have set up the attacments in acp...

I thing i solve the problem!!
I had the image resize to diferend settings and some how did not increse the size now after i put the defoult settings it works but the attacments i all ready i have upload they dont have hyperlink at lees i reupload them.
I gees thats the way has to be at lees is there somthing else to do to have them to have hyperlink.
Please edvise me.
