Audio file battle mod

I am looking for an audio battle mod. This would allow users to sign up for the battle, pick two at random, perhaps two that have signed up in the same category, such as dance, techno, house, hip hop, and then post a new thread in a specific forum with a poll containing a choice for one of each of the participants so others an vote on it.

I am willing to pay.
