Import hacks to another skin?

I was wondering if it is possible to import hacks/mods to another skin. I have the hacks and mods on this one skin but I just uploaded a new skin and it does not have all those fancy features. How can I do this?

You have to reinstall the skin edits again the mod files are still there but you still have to edit the templates..
